About Thomas Puhlman

Thomas Linn Puhlman is an outpatient Occupational Therapist. He is Hand Certified in California, Physical Agent Modalities Certified, and has specialized training in Craniosacral treatment allowing him to treat conditions of the hands, neurological conditions, headaches and myalgia. Thomas has been in healthcare since 1987, with experience in various settings including outpatient, home health, acute care, acute rehab, and skilled nursing. He was drawn to Oroville Hospital by the family atmosphere of the rehabilitation team and the opportunity to work in multiple settings. Using a patient centered approach, he has been able to aid his patients in returning to better health. Outside of work he enjoys travel and being involved in the Rotary Club of Oroville. He also enjoys spending time with his four children and four grandchildren.
